This year, our club is celebrating it’s 50th anniversary with a Fall Festival Polo Match!
The festival will take place on Saturday, October 21st from 11am-3pm at the Polo Barn (address is 3869 F&B Rd, College Station, Tx). We will have a scrimmage match against the University of Texas polo team that will start at 12pm. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event. We will have opportunities for you to learn more about the sport of polo and to meet some of the horses at our barn!
Everyone is welcome, so please come out and join us for a day of food, fun, and polo!
If you would like more information about Fall Festival, please contact me any of the polo club officers (email addresses and phone numbers are on the “officers” page).
It’s time again for Free Riding Week! We will be doing free riding a little bit differently this semester. We will have free riding from Tuesday, September 5th through Friday, September 8th. On these days, you will be able to come out and ride one of our polo ponies for FREE! No experience required! We will check people in from 6:30-7:30pm at our barn located at 3869 F&B Rd. At 7:30pm we will start with our first group of riders!
In order to ride, you will need to complete our release form which can be found online at https://maroonlink.tamu.edu/organization/sportclubs. You will need to log into maroonlink with your netID and password in order to complete the release. After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email. We will need to see this confirmation email before you will be allowed to ride.
Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes with a heel and long pants! You will not be allowed to ride if you do not have on appropriate attire!
We hope to see lots of people out there!
Thanks and Gig’em!
