Sponsor a Pony

Sponsoring one of our polo ponies is a great way to be involved in their lives! Because the Texas A&M Polo Club is a student-run organization, the club depends largely on charitable donations from generous sponsors like you. We are grateful for the donations over the years which have allowed us to become the great club we are today , and which have enabled our men and women’s polo teams to be competitive in our sport. We appreciate all of the equipment, horses, and funds that have been given to our program over the years, and recognize that we could not be the great club we are today without them! Without these donations, our club would cease to exist.

Approximately seventy-five percent of our estimated yearly budget goes strictly to horse care expenses. We currently have nineteen horses in our program, which require an estimated $1,500 a semester per horse in order to adequately ensure each pony’s basic care.

If you are interested in supporting the Aggie Polo Club, please consider donating through our Sponsor A Pony Program. A sponsorship of a horse in any amount is an opportunity for you to make a personal commitment to ensure the estimated annual cost of basic care for one horse’s feed, veterinary care, and shoeing. As a sponsor, you will receive pony updates, as well as a photo of your horse and other personalized items, and the possibility of a tax-deductible receipt.
